I am the presiding judge for the State of Delaware at Harrington Raceway and Dover Downs.  I have been in Delaware for almost 5 years now. We lived in Ottawa Lake, Michigan (just north of Toledo, OH) before we moved to Delaware. While living in Michigan I worked at Raceway Park.  I grew up in Louisville, Ky. I have been trying to get back there since I moved to Michigan in 1990 to race horses. The pic to the right is is Angela with Clifford after winning her flat class at Lamplight Farms on Friday, June 22, 2007. Two days later they teamed up to win the Short Stirrup Classic at Lamplight. That was the biggest win of Angela's riding career!
